Investra AI is a real estate intelligence platform that connects directly to AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and VS Code Copilot through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Instead of switching between browser tabs, spreadsheets, and scattered data sources, you can ask your AI assistant to pull live property data, run market analyses, estimate rehab costs, and even skip-trace property owners — all in a single conversation.

Under the hood, Investra exposes a suite of 13 specialized tools that your AI assistant calls on your behalf. The results flow back into the conversation so the assistant can interpret, compare, and advise — just like having a data-savvy analyst on your team.

Investra uses the standard HTTP transport for MCP, which means any MCP-compatible client can connect using the endpoint https://www.investraapp.com/api/mcp.
