What's happening

As of July 18, 2026, Investra is ceasing operations. We're incredibly grateful to every investor who trusted us with their deal analysis — thank you for building alongside us.

Nothing changes for you today: you can keep using your dashboard, searches, analyses, and saved properties as usual until the platform goes offline on July 21, 2026.

Key dates

July 18, 2026 — shutdown announced. New signups and new subscriptions are closed. All future billing is stopped.
July 21, 2026 — last day of service. The platform, API, and Claude MCP integration go offline.

Refunds — automatic, no action needed

Every active subscriber receives a full refund of their most recent subscription payment — monthly or annual — back to the original payment method. You do not need to cancel, email us, or fill out anything.

Refunds are issued automatically and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
Your subscription is cancelled by us — you will never be billed again.
If you're on a free trial, nothing was charged and nothing is owed.
Haven't seen your refund after 5–10 business days? Email info@investraapp.com and we'll sort it out.

What you should do before July 21, 2026

Download or screenshot any analyses, documents, or reports you want to keep — they won't be accessible after shutdown.
Note down any saved properties or off-market leads you're actively working.
If you use the Investra API or the Claude MCP connector, migrate any workflows that depend on them.

After shutdown, account data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
